Knowledge Transfer Company Sets High Priority On Customer Data Protection And Cybersecurity

Patrick Neise, D.Eng, LCDR USN (ret) will serve as RealWear’s first Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to build out all aspects of RealWear’s commitment to customer data protection and cybersecurity

VANCOUVER, WA – MARCH 12, 2019 – RealWear, Inc., the knowledge transfer company, today announced the strategic hire of Patrick Neise, D.Eng as Chief Information Security Officer of RealWear.

Patrick is highly regarded as an expert in the information security field.  Most recently, he served as a cybersecurity professional at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) and a defense consulting firm. Patrick has consulted for a variety of top defense and private sector companies on digital strategy, information security and penetration testing. Prior to APL, he served as the Red Team Mission Director in support of Department of Defense and US Government security efforts and the initial development efforts for US Cyber Command’s Cyber Protection Teams.

Patrick is a retired US Navy Lieutenant Commander, serving the latter part of his career in the Information Warfare Community.  Prior to that, Neise and Lowery served together as Navy Nuclear Power Engineering Officers.
