Mike Guerchon brings 25 years experience leading HR through major growth at Riverbed Technology, Okta, Guess, Puppet, Hollywood Entertainment and IKON Office Solutions

VANCOUVER, WA (OCT 31, 2018) – RealWear, Inc. today announced the hiring of Michael Guerchon as Vice President, Human Resources. Guerchon brings more than 25 years of experience across a variety of growth-oriented companies leading HR and culture initiatives.

At Riverbed Technology, Guerchon helped lead the organization through its IPO and rapid growth in revenue from $2 million to $1.2 billion, with headcount rising from 60 to 2,800.
