XMReality AB (publ) started 2007 within the military industry to help bomb disposal experts in Afghanistan to remove mine fields. Due to thanks to that, XMReality Remote Guidance is developed to handle the most difficult field environments. About XMReality Remote Guidance™
XMReality Remote Guidance is an AR-enabled knowledge sharing tool that enables interactive communications between parties using speech, gestures, pointers, still images and video recordings for internal trainings. It includes:
- A unique hands-overlay technology that lets you remotely guide someone else’s hands - as if you were there
- A web portal to manage teams and users, and to measure usage
- Integration through client-side open APIs
- Branding and white labelling options
Remote guidance on RealWear Smart Glasses, enables your technicians or customers to work with their hands free, this means a more secure work environment even though technicians have to for example climb a ladder while doing inspections or trouble shooting.
Remote guidance gives the possibility to increase first time fix-rate and therefore decrease the need of travel to site, create new revenue streams by enabling new service offerings, increase customer satisfaction and NPS, shorten time to resolution and thereby improving the service level.
